I know this next tip can be hard sometimes. Certain stores that I love test me and my spending habits!Yes I have gotten to the checkout line in Target and the cashier says , "That will be $101.78." "But I came just for Q-Tips?!" I reply semi-incredulous. But i try to follow this next mantra:
Only go shopping when you need specific things! Make a list and try to stick to it!!
