Just The Weight Loss Tips: Some Rules That NEVER Change



  1. Don't skip meals. You're likely to make less healthy choices when you are too hungry.
  2. Never go on a diet. Instead go on a healthier eating lifestyle.
  3. Any amount of exercise is better than none.
  4. Don't grocery shop when hungry.
  5. Smaller portions of carbs and fats instead of cutting out entirely.
  6. Breakfast is essential. Helps you throughout the day. Chances are you'll eat fewer calories.
  7. Sleep!!! 
  8. Drink Water before or after a meal.
  9. Broiling, grilling and roast are better for you than frying.
  10. Eat a snack before going to a party. Helps you not to "pig out" when you're there.
  11. Small changes add up! Stay patient and stay the course.
